With an extensive background in managing retail businesses and over 20 years experience in shopping centre management and property, we are well placed to understand both sides of the business and add value through a practical approach focused on achieving results.

We have worked on a variety of property ranging from CBD, convenience centres, sub regional and large format retail developments.

Our past projects in Large Format retail with specialty leasing including the Hills Homemaker Centre in Castle Hill, Penrith Homemaker Centre, Domain Centre Townsville are a prime example of a focused approach and working closely with a proactive owner to achieve a strong result and impressive tenancy mix. We also undertook Leasing and development consultancy for AMP with Crossroads Homemaker Centre Casula and remixed the retail and engaged Costco to purchase the adjoining land which allowed the large format retailers to thrive from the increased traffic and sales in the area.

Currently we are assisting Haines Property Consulting and undertaking project leasing services across a range of new convenience based developments throughout Sydney and nearby regional areas.
